In Wadi Dawkah is located the world’s largest protected forest of Frankincense tree (Boswellia sacra). This tree produces a very valuable resin since ancient times. Actually frankincense was one of the three gift (gold, myrrh and frankincense) brought from Three Magi to Jesus of Nazareth when he was born.
